How to deal with compony? --Daniel C. Boyer 20:13, 21 Dec 2003 (UTC)

Doesn't this clearly not show a "cross voided throughout"? Am I missing something? --Daniel C. Boyer 17:25, 24 Jan 2004 (UTC)

What does throughout mean here? Normally it means 'reaching the edges of the field'; I'd call that a cross couped voided. —Tamfang (talk) 06:58, 28 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Very stale conversation here, but for what it's worth, I wouldn't call that a cross voided, nor throughout; I'd call it a cross cottised, and oddly, that seems to be what nearly all of the translations listed on that page call it (they use words that mostly translate as bordered and the like), except for the English one, which is way off.
