Is advertising thehague.com appropriate?[edit]

It's some marketing website, now with a changed name even. Should it be advertised here?--Adûnâi (talk) 08:28, 24 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

No per WP:SPAMLINK. Arnoutf (talk) 08:50, 24 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

B-class assessment[edit]

I've assessed the article for the B-class criteria, and the only thing that needs major work is referencing - there a number of paragraphs lacking sufficient citations. With this addressed, it should be suitable for promotion to B-class. — Sasuke Sarutobi (push to talk) 12:07, 15 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Crime[edit]

How is the crime rate developing? How high is the murder rate? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 94.221.168.181 (talk) 15:31, 4 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

"The" Hague?[edit]

Is "the" actually a part of the city's formal name? If so, might not a line or two of explanation be in order?

After all, we don't say "The London", or "The Paris", or "The Philadelphia".

True, we do have things like "The Vatican", but that's kind of a special case. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.95.43.253 (talk) 01:40, 14 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

The city's official website in English lists the name as The Hague, and "The Hague" gets 50 mil Google hits vs "Hague" -The Hague getting 12 mil, most of which seem unrelated. {{ping|ClydeFranklin}} (t/c) 04:51, 16 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
