Ben Carson may well turn out to be notable - but you wouldn't know it from this article. It doesn't tell us anything about him except for his profession.

  • I love these mini-articles which raise more questions than they contain facts (which nation? Why is he an example to those particular children? Where is he Director of Pediatrics Neurosurgery?) I'd like to think this individual is notable, but the way his name has been added to the list of noted surgeons in Surgery is a little doubtful. Delete unless someone comes up with more qualified information . --Ianb 17:21, 26 Sep 2004 (UTC)
    • Keep, thanks to rewriter. --Ianb 04:51, 27 Sep 2004 (UTC)
  • Keep; he's possibly the best-known neurosurgeon in the world. —No-One Jones (m) 20:47, 26 Sep 2004 (UTC)
  • Keep now. RickK 20:58, Sep 26, 2004 (UTC)
  • Keep. Yes, you couldn't get more well-known if your tried, once you have separated twins as successfully as this. Dieter Simon 22:27, 3 Oct 2004 (UTC)
  • Keep I agree the article definitely needs updating but there's no way it should be deleted. --ScottyBoy900Q 18:25, 04 Oct 2004 (UTC)
