Neologism. Does not deserve an article (yet). The sole meaningful occurence I found is [1]. It shouldn't even be a redirect towards software patent to my opinion. The same apply to the expression "data patent". Unless otherwise proven... --Edcolins 21:46, Jan 26, 2005 (UTC)
