- You can sign your name using three tildes, like ~~~. If you use four, you can add a datestamp too.
- You may want to add yourself to the New User Log
- If you ever think a page or image should be deleted, please list it at the votes for deletion page. There is also a votes for undeletion page if you want to retrieve something that you think should not have been deleted.

And I'm rather embarassed to admit that I've been here for ages and just discovered the UK-grid-reference thing you've been adding to articles. Damn this is a big wiki. Grid Refs[edit]
Delighted to see someone else adding Grid refs.
- I like to put them near the top of the article as in: Herne Hill railway station, Reedham, Lost, Clitterhouse (with four map l!nks) and Arnside (as edited by me). What do you think?
- Please feel free to start using Template:GBvoss so it does not look like a private project of mine. (I put the old-maps links for Arnside down the bottom because of the extra chat involved.) And note the "gbmapping" link in Uxbridge Vine Street!

Big templates[edit]
Hi. Thanks for your message. I agree with you that large templates are indeed useful. I do not see that it is "progress" to replace one large, very useful template, with several categories. From what I understand, templates are supposed to aid navigation, and Template:British heritage railways does just that. I do not think that aesthetics is justification to delete a template. I have half a mind to recreate the template should it be deleted, as I bet half the people who voted never use/read/update the pages it links anyway! (Our Phellap 01:17, 10 Mar 2005 (UTC))
