I haven't contributed to Wiki in so long that my previous biography is grossly out of date. This edit is a result of some vandalism. The old bio: Im a student at Rhodes University who probably spends way to much time WABing. On Wiki I intend to build up a comprehensive set of information concerning South African Local Government (I really get annoyed when people get it wrong) as well as a lot of information on South African history that people generally can't find (lists of Chief Justices etc ...)
