What about a car spoiler? It would clearly be different from the spoiler (aeronautics) article, which is currently the closest match. --Ëzhiki 17:03, Jul 12, 2004 (UTC)

Seems to have been added as Spoiler (automotive). Ezhiki, don't hesitate to add an article yourself, or to rewrite or rename an article that is too focused on just one characteristic of the entry.82.92.181.129 12:23, 13 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, just wanted to point out that Spoiler(Film) doesn't point to the NYC comedy project. It points to a feature film by the same name. --70.248.233.170 (talk) 21:06, 13 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia spoiler[edit]

Why are references to the Wikipedia spoiler template removed?82.92.181.129 02:12, 16 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Self-reference is bad. --Carnildo 06:49, 16 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]
I strongly disagree with this. Wikipedians of new or somewhat advanced knowledge should be able to find spoiler templates this way. Similar Wikipedia concepts are pretty well linked in other articles MadMaxDog 05:01, 11 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
It is possible to have selfref on WP, but using the {{selfref}} template, I'm gonna readd it. 16@r 16:09, 25 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
for the spoiler template, see Template:Spoiler--Dwarf Kirlston 21:41, 5 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed merge[edit]

I propose that The Spoiler should be merged into Spoiler, based on the similarity of title. bd2412 T 19:26, 12 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
