Can a driver be fined in the US or EU for not using turn signals?

Heh, yeah, but you usually have to (not) do it in combination with some other bonehead maneuver for cops to make note of it (in the US, at least) —Mulad (talk) 03:56, July 12, 2005 (UTC)
