Do I put "movie" or "film"? some links are either. --Lex 13:08, 2 Jan 2005 (UTC)

Disputable inclusion[edit]

Some of these films do not really belong here. I've seen The Warriors, and wouldn't really consider it a skinhead film. The only Skinhead part of I.D. is the nazi march which accounts for less than two minutes at the end. There should probably be a review to determine whether or not certain films are allowed to stay here. It seems as if the previous author(s) wanted to put as many titles here as possible

I agree. Seems more like a list of films a kid is required to say are his favorites when he wants to impress everyone with how "horrorshow" he is.

Where is Bronco Bullfrog? Or The Harder They Come? Not a skinhead film as such, but full of Skinhead Reggae music and espousing a very Rudie ethos.

A Clockwork Orange is not a skinhead film. The droogs were not working class, didn't listen to ska or even have shaved heads. They were street toughs, thugs, roustabouts, but NOT skinheads!

IT'S ALLA BOUT ATITUDE THOUGH.. AS A SCARFACE IS USED TO INSPIRE MANY BAD BOYS, SO IS THE CW ORANGE A MILESTONE IN BRUTAL BEHAVIOR AMONG SUB-CULTURAL ROAMING MOB.

"... or relating to the skinhead subculture" is posted right up at the top. A Clockwork Orange has had an obvious impact on the skinhead subculture (e.g. Oi!). Oi! bands, like The Adicts, Clockwork Crew, Major Accident, The Templars, etc., are heavily influenced by this movie. It is a recuring theme within the skinhead/Oi! subculture, most likely for its extreme violence, or "aggro". Oh and by the way, skinheads do not need to listen to ska. You are obviously making an unfounded, biased decision by not including it.
IT WILL BE INCLUDED.

and what about...[edit]

what about film "Reggae" by Horace Ove i don't see that at all, but i saw some movies on YouTube, it's a really greatest film about Skinhead music with a skinheads featuring (it's a documental film about music, i think)

I've just added it, hopefully it stays up there, very good film. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 134.129.58.198 (talk) 20:52, 20 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
There's no Wikipedia article on the above film. Guy1890 (talk) 03:33, 5 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
