Players for the Chicago White Stockings during their three seasons in the National Association of Professional Base Ball Players ("National Association" or "NA" baseball league), 1871 and 1874–1875, and also during their many subsequent National League seasons while the "White Stockings" nickname remained common.
All these players are commonly considered "major leaguers" although MLB does not count the NA as a major league.
