What are we supposed to make of this:

"He abruptly resigned late in August, 2001, and was replaced by his brother, Prince Nawaf Bin Abdelaziz.

Its not known that Turki bin Faisal was mentioned as a potential heir to king Fahad , and he is not brother of Prince Nawaf !"
