Tsunami dec-2004 killed about 100,000 or more people in southern Asia. Number of deaths could be less if people who knew what is going to be happen had tried to inform it timely as I think. There is a satellite photo of the tsunami, and it attacked after few hours at costal areas of the south Asian countries when the satellite takes this photo.
