POV/lack of citation[edit]

Either I am real dense or StarOfDavid is being real impulsive at best. His compulsion to call any and all violence against Israeli "terrorism" strikes me as very wrong, as does his treatment of BL. I have only been here for a few days, but I sincerely feel that Star deserves a warning at the very least, and possibly a temporary blocking if he does not behave. -- Luis Dantas 15:53 Feb 5, 2004

I agree completely with Luis. This article needs rewording, without the clear bias, and merging with a page to detail all the violence in the conflict, as it is most definitely a two-way story. Bias has no place on wikipedia.

  • Violence done in the name of a political aim, whether it is intifada, or independence of Palestine, or whatever is terrorism as opposed to someone killing another for his money, over a lover's quarrel, or just being mean. Carlossuarez46 21:10, 9 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I completely agree. This article stinks of massive bias. The wording wherever possible is biased. Someone change this please.

I agree, very POV page, and where are the references? why is this page up with no links or references??

Awful article, showing none of the israeli violence commited on palestenians, and exagerating palestenian violence. I guess a list of israeli terror acts would take up too much space.

I agree too, this article is biased and thus has no merit. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.12.187.21 (talk) 10:04, 21 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I agree too. This article is totally unsourced and incredibly biased. Even the few references to Palestinian victims (even though there are, in fact, more of them) are not counted in some the monthly 'totals'. Buttockhat (talk) 15:37, 26 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Added a POV tag. Achamy (talk) 16:58, 11 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I clicked on "Violence in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict 2001" and got "Violence against Israelis in the Israeli–Palestinian conflict 2001." This needs to be corrected soon. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.47.154.143 (talk) 15:22, 21 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Duplication[edit]

Hey everyone, we should just join this article with Violence in the Israeli–Palestinian conflict 2001. Keep it on both sides. Show Israeli deaths, Palestinian deaths and delete this article. I'm going to add a duplication tag to this and request that we merge cited information to the Violence in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict 2001 Achamy (talk) 16:56, 11 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

removing POV tag with no active discussion per Template:POV[edit]

I've removed an old neutrality tag from this page that appears to have no active discussion per the instructions at Template:POV:

This template is not meant to be a permanent resident on any article. Remove this template whenever:
  1. There is consensus on the talkpage or the NPOV Noticeboard that the issue has been resolved
  2. It is not clear what the neutrality issue is, and no satisfactory explanation has been given
  3. In the absence of any discussion, or if the discussion has become dormant.

Since there's no evidence of ongoing discussion, I'm removing the tag for now. If discussion is continuing and I've failed to see it, however, please feel free to restore the template and continue to address the issues. Thanks to everybody working on this one! -- Khazar2 (talk) 14:48, 17 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
