Neototalitarism

Neologism. The only google web hit for +Neototalitarism +Rendón (or Rendon) is a Wikipedia mirror. About 65 web hits for this term, 55 for Neototalitarian and 24 for Neototalitarianism; they don't seem to show a common meaning for the terms, just a bunch of people recreating the neologism. Redirecting to totalitarianism would suggest a troublesome precedent that obscure neologisms should just redirect to a related word, which would validate those neologisms before demonstration they even had commonly accepted meanings.
