  • Delete. It is indeed not a very funny joke. Actually CSICON refers to a legitimate annual 'Computer Security + Intelligence Conference' that took place on August 19 - 21 for the first time, and will no doubt recur next year. It focused on "security concepts, security research, and intelligence". If it is going to be a regular occasion, then it will probably need an article in Wikipedia.
