Unless you are the person in question (which I doubt), your username could be regarded as provocative. Please note that we have a policy of not allowing provocative usernames. -- The Anome 08:50, 13 May 2004 (UTC)[reply]

This name is composed of common American names like "George" or "Bush" and SHOULD NOT be considered provocative unless there is debasing or insulting lexical united like "redneck" or "subhuman" inserted therein. Coincidence of choice of personal names with certain media figures should not be considered an administrative matter, for there is no possible definition of limits. Furthermore, in the general public, coincidence of personal names is by no means a legal matter concerning the imposition of personality. For it is all together different from that which concerns copyright of institutions, enterprises etc.

If there is such restriction here, it is obviously too strict for the good of fairness and consensus.

If you are raising this question because you consider it unfair to put the US occupation of Iraq in such critical light, then we are onto something completely different. Maybe we should discuss politics instead. You have the right to be politically biased, as long as you allow others to exercise this same right.
