Perhaps this page could be merged with first generation human rights and second generation human rights. I'd also like to see a cite for the "Contemporary juridical thought" which "divides human rights into three generations.", because I've never heard of this three generations thing. -- Cabalamat 03:56, 28 Sep 2003 (UTC)
