Hi, Nitec! Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. In regards to your question, "In the article http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Armenian_Genocide there is written something very interesting: . 'Recently Sweden has changed its official position quoting the historical accuracy, and currently does not recognize Armenian genocide.'": I don't know where that is from. I ran a search, and according to a Swedish Parliamentarian "advisor" (http://www.atranaya.org/Articles/EngArticles/GenocideConferenceMay02Gedin.htm) the so-called genocide is still recognized by Sweden, so perhaps the information is incorrect. She writes, "The Turkish media has claimed that the Swedish Parliament withdrew its earlier 2000 statement on the Genocide of the Armenians. This is wrong. The 2002 majority report to the Parliament is only an attempt to make a correction of a believed mistake. It doesn't affect the report of 2000." Then again, the advisor seems very partial and perhaps she is the one doing the exaggerating.

The Armenian Genocide article at Wikipedia is a mishmosh, and there are many things in there (I don't agree with) that I didn't feel would be fair for me to come in and revamp. I thank you for maintaining your objectivity, as obviously there are many people who are blinded by their passions on this topic, and these people don't regard the truth as their motivating factor. --- Nitec, an update: Item 6, "A Report by the Swedish Parliament" (http://www.eraren.org/eng/articles/fact_commentsolutem5.htm):

"Though Murad Artin, an MP of Armenian origin and some other parliamentarians tried to insert to the report phrases accusing Turkey, they lost by 89 votes against 209. [ntvmnsbc, 27 March 2002] ...Regardless of the claims of the Armenian militants that Sweden recognized Armenian "genocide", the report states it clearly that there is no official Swedish attitude on this issue."
