K Sera Sera[edit]

K Sera Sera was released (in Israel) and bootleg MP3s are widely available. A little more info on that recording needs to be in this article I feel. --kingboyk 12:35, 21 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Done. --kingboyk 23:15, 28 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Song samples[edit]

A clip of "K Cera Cera" would be nice. --kingboyk 07:25, 17 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Improvements needed[edit]

  • Audio sample
  • Expand sections 2 & 3
  • Get references for uncited facts.

Probably wouldn't take much work at all to get this ready for a peer review and FAC. --kingboyk 18:22, 8 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Agree with your recommended improvements. It won't be a nightmare, but I think there's probably a lot of trawling through the Library to be done, as well as 45, not least because we must mention the "Tenant's Super" incident (which Bill cites as the "final" K Foundation activity and talks about in detail). "K Cera Cera" also needs some composition details. --Vinoir 19:04, 8 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Not so sure this can be a FA, but it could aim for GA. The art award and burning articles certainly will be aiming for FA though. I've trimmed this a bit and added some {{fact}} templates; I think it will need some more trimming in the burning section and, yes, a mention of the Tenants Super incident. --kingboyk 13:56, 27 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Now it's taking shape it looks like reaching FA standard might not be unrealistic after all. --kingboyk 20:01, 4 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Earnings funding the next project[edit]

A note to myself really.

One of the duo mentioned how they'd always invested their earnings in the next project, and the K Foundation cash was a continuation of that. This is a theme we might want to expand on: AYNIL funded 1987 (we have a quote for that). A quarter of a million or more was spent on The White Room film. And, as they started selling more records, the videos and production started getting more elaborate. --kingboyk 19:59, 4 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

GA passed[edit]

1. Well written? Pass
2. Factually accurate? Pass
3. Broad in coverage? Pass
4. Neutral point of view? Pass
5. Article stability? Pass
6. Images? Pass

Nicely written, it looks just like if it came out of an All music guide but NPOVed, nicely done and nice work on giving as much information as possible to the reader. Lincher 12:45, 12 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Peer Review[edit]

This article is currently being peer reviewed at Wikipedia:WikiProject Biography/Peer review/K Foundation, as a prelude to a possible Featured Article candidacy.

In addition to the peer review, please keep an eye on the todo list, where I will place anything flowing from the PR which is unresolved or which needs further discussion. --kingboyk 18:40, 27 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
