Impossible list to maintain. RickK 22:05, Nov 12, 2004 (UTC)

  • Not only that, but silly too. Where are List of films that contain dialogue and List of films that have a male lead ? Delete. Wyllium 22:12, 2004 Nov 12 (UTC)
  • Delete for above reasons, and so many more. —tregoweth 22:50, Nov 12, 2004 (UTC)
    • Would you mind at least outlining those numerous reasons? — David Remahl 23:42, 12 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete, lets use the category system instead. — David Remahl 23:38, 12 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete. Is there a List of Films Containing Violence or a List of Films Containing Profanity anywhere? --Idont havaname 00:23, 13 Nov 2004 (UTC)
    • No, but perhaps they should be created. I can't see how their non-existence is an argument for deleting this one. — David Remahl 00:52, 13 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete. Impossible to maintain, will be ridiculously long, and if you want to look at nudity, there's better references out there than Wikipedia could ever be. Lord Bob 02:10, Nov 13, 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete: What a nutty list! I know I want to know about movies with lots of nudity, but honestly! Notice the true hallmark of wiki editing in it, too: someone tried to have it go from oldest to newest examples, but then contributors just started slapping in whatever they could think of wherever they could. How about Responsible behavior film list or Nudity tease film list (for movies that seem like they will have nudity but then avoid it to get a PG rating in the US)? Silly, silly stuff. • Delete for reasons I don't have to explain. ClockworkTroll 02:38, 13 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete. Non-maintainable, and real list would list thousands of movies. Jayjg 12:17, 14 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete. Not encyclopedic. --Improv 15:14, 14 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete. Incredibly incomplete, only serves juvenile titilation (which can be easily gotten elsewhere) Dyl 19:20, Nov 14, 2004 (UTC)
  • Keep, but evolve into a list such as List_of_authors_of_erotic_works where it says only notable works are included. So notable might be Blow Up (first time pubic hair in mainstream cinema) jahsonic 23:40, 14 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • Weak Keep. Wikipedia can afford to have broad or obscure lists. I suppose this one might be a little hard to manage, but has some grounds for usefulness and the topic has some notability. --L33tminion | (talk) 05:40, Nov 16, 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete. Once the list even gets close, it will have thousands of entries and, unlike some of the other "list of" articles mentioned above, it will be very difficult to protect the content from subtle vandalism such as the addition of an incorrect film in the middle of the list. Very difficult to the point of being functionally impossible to protect. If the intent is to use a few notable examples to illustrate a point, I agree with David Remahl's comment that prose is a better solution than a list. Rossami (talk) 07:40, 16 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • Comment: Page was moved from Nudity film list to List of films featuring nudity by Chmod007. —tregoweth 23:47, Nov 16, 2004 (UTC)

    • Yep, that was just an action to make the title conform with the naming conventions ("List of…"). My delete vote stands regardless. — David Remahl 09:00, 17 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete - I think that the subject is interesting and would be encyclopedia-worthy if it was presented as, for example, "the evolution of the depiction of sex in cinema" and actually describes in prose form the changes in society that led from nudity in the 1920s to 30 years of prudity etc followed by an increase in permissiveness, artists pushing the boundaries, social reactions etc. But the list as it stands, is firstly incomplete, secondly an odd mix of notable and non-notable works, and thirdly lacks a purpose or explanation. Looks a bit like "My favourite nude scenes". Rossrs 08:57, 17 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete - Wow, the things you people think of :) - Dont see how this can be maintained --Hackeron 18:25, 17 Nov 2004 (UTC)
