Why a separate article?

Why is this a separate article? All it does is list the branches of socialism. I do not think it is a good idea to unnecessarily disperse information across several articles like this. I believe we should merge this article with Socialism and I will put up a merger notice, but I won't take any action before hearing other people's opinions. --Mihnea Tudoreanu 16:01, 18 May 2005 (UTC)

I'm no expert in socialism, but I find this article helpful. Integrating it to the socialism article might seem ok, but new readers, such as myself, would just be more confused. There are so many "socialisms" that this article may be deemed necessary. I suggest though that for every branch, there should be an explanation, possibly a comparison. But, if that does not happen, perhaps a merger may indeed be necessary.--Humble Guy 15:24, May 22, 2005 (UTC)

Irresponsible Omissions
