I've been here at the Wikipedia for quite some time now. I've realized that most of what I do is menial, often tedious, gardening-type tasks. Fixing spelling errors, reverting various forms of overt vandalism, add unused or unnecessary pictures to WP:IfD, and so on. As an administrator, some of these would be simpler (mainly thinking about rollback here). —Gabbe 19:19, Jan 13, 2005 (UTC)

A. Probably anon RC patrol, and possibly WP:IfD.

2. Of your articles or contributions to Wikipedia, are there any about which you are particularly pleased, and why?

A. I haven't really made any big sweeping changes to any article, so...

The article on St Peter's Basilica was vastly expanded by me. I've added my share of lists to List of Latin proverbs as well as List of Latin phrases, before that was moved off Wikipedia. I started the article Royal mottos of Swedish monarchs. I created Category:Accidents and incidents on commercial airliners and added most articles in it.

3. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and will deal with it in the future?

A. Umm, I was in a tense debate over the contents of Islam and Judaism and Arabs and anti-Semitism with RK. But that was in December 2002. The debates I've had since have mostly been either reaching the point of a conclusion, or me realizing that the other party was unreasonable. In those cases I've "walked away", and stopped editing the article/project for a while. I've met my share of people whose opionions differ widely from mine, but I've never really felt "stressed" by this. If there's something I could change, I guess it would be to try to be more diplomatic, if possible.
