I created it as a central linking point for all the stuff that happened in 2003, and I currently use it each time I login to find all the different provincial elections. - Pellaken

nope, but I just wanted to make sure. now that I have my footing here, it wouldent really matter, but I do think that it should be noted. this is the first time, to my knoweldge, that 80% of the provinces, and 66% of the territories have had elecitons (100% if nunavut went to the polls) and if not (the first time) then it is the first time it's happened along with so much other change.
