Hi, Is 8th PRIMEMINISTER Of India Mr. Chandrasekhar has any relation to begusarai district of Bihar.

I think there is a confusion Chandrasekhar Singh and Chandrasekhar, PM of India.

I am not much knowledgeable person but still just requesting to cross check the data. Kishor Krishna 94 (talk) 11:43, 27 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Habitual mistake[edit]

As in many indian tows the population is give for the district instead the city. There's a big problem for many people for distingish a city from a district. The given population for the city is 20 times above the real on because the write is the full district.--83.52.18.66 (talk) 17:58, 25 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Furthermore the administrative division of the district was enclosed in the city. Really this degrade the wikipedia quality. It can be a confiable source if this aspects are permited to the indians. You can imagine that will happen if in article New York City are stated the counties of New York state. This is not possible but is habitual in Indian districts/cities--83.52.18.66 (talk) 18:02, 25 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Updated/Verified[edit]

Added information, removed some un-necessary stuff. Do we need two different wiki pages for the district and the town? New York example makes little sense. It wouldn't make any sense for any Indian cities for that matter. The town information is not sufficient enough to make a separate article. I would suggest contributing to one article and making it worth-wile. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 122.172.18.77 (talk) 18:52, 30 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Not done: But perhaps you could take a photo of something a little more representative than brown-grey rooftops? Sam Sailor 12:37, 11 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Can you give an example of what kind of image would be a good representation of a district? Maskaravivek Maskaravivek 18:37, 12 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
