fit vs. fitted[edit]

Hi. regarding a recent edit you made eliminating "fitted". This is the past tense of 'to fit' in British English which is what I wrote the article in originally. Usually articles remain in whatever version of English they were created in. This prevents a mixture of dialects which sounds terrible. Graham 23:43, 20 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hey there[edit]

Hey, Thomas! I just stumbled across you looking at Hockaday's history and I wanted to let you know that if ever you have any questions or problems feel free to contact me. Hope the semester's wrapping up / wrapped up well (this old timer can't remember when classes ended).— Laura Scudder 21:30, 16 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thanks for your alert. User:DH85868993 kindly disabled the malfunctioning section so it wouldn't continue to cause problems while I remained unaware. I think (hope) all is okay again as I've inserted the end-table tag that was missing. Sorry to've overlooked! Sardanaphalus (talk) 11:50, 8 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
