Limit of navigability of Little Avon - based on 'hearsay' and observation, so needs checking. The sluice on Berkeley Pill had been built for several years when I arrived in 1973.

Later - 1951 base 1:25,000 OS map (ST69, reprinted 1972) shows 'normal tidal limit' as at Sea Mills on S branch of Little Avon (and just W of B4509 on N branch). It also says 'Tidal Reservoir added 1970'. So that seems fairly conclusive.
