Why delete?

The guy's been writing video game music since at least the early 90s. He's about as notable as Hitoshi Sakimoto (they're actually a close friends, and business partners)

He's a popular composer in the shmup community, and is fairly active in the chiptune scene. He's not just some yahoo who wrote the music for a single game, as he scores several projects each year. All of his music inspires fan remixes, and his name is thrown around quite a bit when naming video game composers. In any case, anyone wanting to get more information about him can definitely make use of at least the links provided at the bottom of the page.

I could understand if someone wanted to incorporate it into a page of Japanese video game composers, but he's worked too many projects to just throw him off of Wikipedia entirely.
