However, a disambiguation page is for distinguishing among Wikipedia articles, not for lists of meanings not linking to relevant articles. Consequently your additions have been reverted. - Fails WP:GNG. There is no sources about this project except one time media coverage based on the announcement of the consortium.

All content is original research in violation of Wikipedia policy. It has had several fingers in it over many years but not one has been able to provide a single source. Given the nature of the subject, that it entirely about detailed, insider-type information about a company in a country that was dissolved in 1993, it is unlikely reputable sources will every be found to support it. There has been no activity on the Talk page since 2006.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
