I would question the use of a "simple" Telephone number on a web page. ("Call this number: 083 3562 678"). There is no indication what effect this will have in any particular country, let alone what costs this might incur. If exactly _that_ was what were to be communicated, there might be better ways of formulating the ambiguity. //rhi
