I'm not sure what we would redirect to. Looking at the list of companies under Computer Services, many of them are not at all involved in outsourcing. For instance, Yahoo! is listed under Computer Services. Maybe it's better to just mark this as a stub and clean it up a little. The article basicly says companies can outsource their IT function. But they can also outsource their marketing research function, hiring function, production, etc. We don't need a plethora of articles to show the things that can be outsourced.
