The quote by Dworkin in the NAMBLA section looks pretty damning. But reading a bit of the background, I wonder if the relationship between Dworkin and Ginsberg ought to be contextualised, especially in these days of cancel culture, where calling out someone as a pedophile or rapist is essentially the kiss of death, making everything else about that person irrelevant. Take a look at this article from a reputable source, the NYT, where Dworkin is described as idolising Ginsberg before radically turning an aboutface: https://www.nytimes.com/2002/03/10/books/antiporn-star.html - something just doesn't seem to add up, and I think this could merit a bit of discussion. Seems that in the life of someone like Allen Ginsberg (pacifist, sensitive poet, champion of the underdog) his being mugged at age 48 would have been a major life event.
