Let's not go there[edit]

Someone had to add the word "liberal". My intention was to just mention his disclosed contributions. Without having to mention exactly which "side" he's on. It doesn't have to be there, it can go under politics. I know it will offend some people that don't dabble in politics. - Jerryseinfeld 21:56, 10 Nov 2004 (UTC)

Entrepreneur & UofP[edit]

There is relatively little content in this article about the man's major contribution to society, the creation of the University of Phoenix. With over 400,000 students enrolled and several awards, it seems to be a glaring omission. More on U of P, less about his eccentricities. -offchance —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.190.87.238 (talk) 20:48, 19 February 2010 Offchance (talk) 11:40, 7 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Incomplete/Misleading Early Innovation[edit]

I don't have time to address it right now but the early history beginning with the split from the LEPA-funded San Jose State adult-centered program for police and fire personnel, on through the early Institute for Professional Development and, then, to the University of Phoenix, and only then, to Apollo group is inaccurate as portrayed here. I don't think this deserves excessive attention but the chronology is misleading and the steps were critical in the ultimate rise of the University of Phoenix.
