Is it necessary to repeat old tv series from several years as hits? -- Zoe

Well, if someone is looking at a year page (like 1965) and they want to know what was on TV at that time, if they clicked on "1965 in television" it wouldn't tell them anything if it only listed premieres. It seems like it needs to list shows every year they were on to be useful in that way. I wasn't sure how else to do it.. -Jazz77

An interesting article, but with one fundamental problem. It calls itself 2003 in television but in reality is only about US television. Believe it or not, television exists outside America and people outside America have on occasion been known to watch things that Americans don't. I'm not knocking the article, I like it. But if we run such an article, it should be called 2003 in American Television. We simply can't go on presuming that America = all Wikipedia users. So this article should either be

  • renamed to make clear it is only concerned with American TV

or

  • rewritten to include TV from all over the globe. JTD 02:30 Feb 12, 2003 (UTC)
Add information about non-US television. The articles are not written specifically about American TV, and many of them include non-US information and television shows. But, being an American, I know very little about non-US television. Some non US contributors need to add that information. -Jazz77
  • Since when was Woody Woodpecker on Fox Box? Who keeps writing that?
