Sedan size[edit]

The article says, "TSX is the smallest sedan in the Acura model line."

However, I think 1.6EL is the smallest.

It could be that the TSX is the smallest sedan currently offered in the United States.Vespristiano 18:44, 2004 Mar 27 (UTC)

Badge engineering[edit]

Its actually a LHD JDM Accord. The USDM Accord has to be larger and softer for local tastes.

Accord Origins[edit]

More specific this is the left hand drive equivalence of the Honda accord type s which I feel is a very important fact that needs to be covered as the most important fact of the Acura Tsx origin. United States.Nerochco 23:29, 2006 June 1 (UTC)

It's similar to the Infiniti G35?[edit]

I feel that that assertion should be removed as the G35 comes with a V6 and 280+ horsepower. I also noticed that it was changed on the G35 wikipage. Quickgun 22:45, 26 September 2006 (UTC) quickgun[reply]

Article says all TSX's are manufacturered in Texas?[edit]

According to the VIN number of all the ones I've looked at, every one I've seen was manufacturered in Japan. I think other acuras are made in Texas, but the TSX is made in Japan.

Some clarification[edit]

Okay many people are starting to catch on but infact this car IS the Honda Accord Euro sold all over the world. In America you seem to have 2 Honda Accords. This one which is marketed as an Acura TSX, and the normal Honda Accord. This is not the case in all countries. In Japan this is the standard Honda Accord, and it's the same in Europe and Australia. Would someone be interested in some editing to reflect that?

Acura TSX Diesel[edit]

Honda showed off a Tier 2 Bin 5 emissions-compliant turbodiesel at the 2008 Detroit Auto Show. Later, Honda said it will power a Acura TSX in 2009 in the USA. MWS (talk) 19:43, 6 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Engine timing chain vs belt[edit]

I believe the 2011 TSX engines now use timing chain instead of belts, per ACURA website. This is major factor in lower operating costs and maintenance/reliability. I wish wikipedia car reviews would pay more attention to this detail. Also specify when use of premium gas is required versus just regular, another major operating cost. Citations[edit]

Hi all, I am currently taking a course at MSU which requires me to contribute to Wikipedia Articles and this week I am required to post some suggestions to the talk page.

I noticed that citation #3 "http://acuranews.com/channels/acura-automobiles-headlines/releases/2015-acura-tlx-prototype-to-debut-at-the-2014-north-american-international-auto-show" is a dead link now and that will need to be updated. Also for the overview of the second generation, citations are needed for the upgrades that have been implemented in the 2011 and 2012 models. Information about the 2011 and 2012 models can be found at (http://www.caranddriver.com/news/2011-acura-tsx-official-photos-and-info-acura-tsx-news) and (http://www.motortrend.com/cars/acura/tsx/2012/), respectively.
