Steve Coogan Irish?[edit]

His mother is Irish; his father is English with Irish parents.

Whether this makes a person Irish or not is, I suppose, up for debate; but I have noticed Irish people are sometimes incredibly precious about 'claiming' certain celebrities when the celebrity in question has not commented on it.

Find evidence of him calling himself Irish and you could possibly change it. But not everyone with Irish family considers themselves so. Alooulla (talk) 18:46, 19 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

The article is dated after 20th Dec 2023, I believe the information on this relationship was on wikipedia already so I believe the article has used the unsupported information. Missk98 (talk) 02:59, 8 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
